Joseph “Joe” Handy

Joseph Handy is an educator, professional musician, veteran, and real estate investor. He has taught in the Jackson Public School District and Jackson State University’s Music Department throughout his 15 years of teaching. Joseph is one of the founding members of the award-winning Southern Komfort Brass Band in Jackson, Miss. He’s also in the US Army, where he currently serves as a Staff Sergeant in the 41st Army band.

In 2018, Joseph developed a passion for real estate investing and established Legacy One Investments, LLC. That company now owns and manages 2 million dollars of real estate assets.

Joseph’s ultimate goal is to create generational wealth with his beautiful wife Kierra Handy, and their 3 children, Karter, Jasmine, and Journee Handy. He believes in the constant development of the mind and body and enjoys helping others reach their life goals through mentorship and education.

I usually try to finish them between 4 to 6 weeks but the past 2 months have been absolutely crazy! We finally got it done and it's listed on all of the major sites. It's a 4 bedroom 2 bath home that can sleep up to 10 guests. The renovation took 6 weeks.
